Stage 1 – Self-Assessment and Self-Awareness
EPIC CC uses a number of personal assessment tools, based on a client’s needs and intentions. Once completed, we are able to determine strengths and areas for improvement, and become aware of blind spots that are potentially serving as barriers towards success. During this stage, it is imperative that individuals are willing and able to identify where they are, where they want to be, and what changes and efforts are necessary to get there.
Stage 2 – Planning and Development
Using the assessment outcomes, EPIC CC can guide the process of creating an Individual Development Plan.
