Dina earned a Master of Arts Degree in Communication Media from Barry University, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a minor in Communication from Florida State University, the credential of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from The International Coaching Federation, and the Credential of Authentic Leadership Coach through Raleigh Coaching Academy. She currently serves as Co-Founder of EPIC Coaching and Consulting, offering leadership and executive coaching, skills development training, consulting, and keynote speaking engagements to support organizations and companies achieve maximum profitability and productivity. She is a contributing coach for The Impact Center’s Women’s Executive Leadership Program out of Washington, D.C., as well as for The Bridges Academic Leadership Program for Women through UNC Chapel Hill. Over the past 25 years, Donna Morgan has established a solid reputation as a highly successful negotiator, contract manager, sales agent and team leader. The extensive corporate experience and comprehensive knowledge she has attained over the course of her career has enabled her to lead organizational initiatives that influenced policy and procedural change, instituted systems analysis and implementation and optimized employee performance and retention.
As a manager overseeing multi-million dollar contracts, Donna has served small, mid-sized and large businesses and corporations; such governmental agencies as The Air Force, The Department of State, The Department of Justice and The FAA; and a number of manufacturing companies. In this capacity, she has worked directly with the key stakeholders of both the companies she represented, as well as the customers they served in order to ensure compliancy, efficiency and profitability.
Donna has also been personally responsible for a number of key operational functions in her varied positions, including the management of cross-functional platforms, acquisition planning, corporate restructure, marketing, and relationship management.
